Terms & Conditions
1)    Style, Live & Entertain! voucher redemption & free prize draw is open to all UK & Republic of Ireland residents, except employees and the immediate families of the promoter, its agents, trade customers (retailers) or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2)    Prize winners must be UK or ROI residents over the age of 18. People under the age of 18 must gain parental permission before participating.
3)    All employees participating should ensure that they have the permission of their employer or senior manager to do so.
4)    Any tax implications arising from receiving or winning the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
5)    Barcodes can be claimed from any box of 12 uni or uni-ball branded pens purchased in 2009.
6)    To claim, barcodes should be sent to ‘Style, Live & Entertain!’, Mitsubishi Pencil Company, Berkeley Business Park, Wainwright Road, Worcester, WR4 9ZL. In order to claim prizes details of your name, job title, company name, Company address, telephone number, where you purchased the product and whether you do not wish to have future communication from Mitsubishi Pencil Company by email or post.  If you state your email address, this will be seen as willingness to receive further information by email.
7)    Barcodes from any box of uni or uni-ball branded products, will be entered into a quarterly prize draw and then into the end of year prize draw. 
8)    All vouchers can be used as full or part payment. Vouchers are gift vouchers and therefore there is no required minimum spend for the vouchers to be valid. No cash alternative is available.  Euro equivalent for Republic of Ireland entrants only. Please note that, Mitsubishi Pencil Company are not liable for any travelling and/or accommodation expenses incurred.
9)    Winners may be required to partake in publicity surrounding their win.
10)    Please allow 30 days for receipt of prizes.
11)    The promoter does not hold responsibility for claims or entries lost, delayed or damaged in mail. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
12)    Prize claims and draw entries must be received by 31st December 2009.

 
Win £3000 worth of Home Entertainment Products!
The Home entertainment prize consists of a personal selection of most recent technology products such as Plasma TV with cinema sound system, HD Camcorder, X-box or Playstation or Nintendo WII, portable DVD player etc up to retail value of £3000.  The winner will be notified by post or in person within 30 days of the draw closing date. The draw will be carried out under independent supervision.
Mitsubishi Pencil Company UK Ltd must reserve the right in its sole discretion as to whether any claim being made is, in our opinion valid. We will not enter into correspondence on this point
One barcode claim entitles the applicant to one draw entry. For every entry, please supply your name, job title, company name, company address, telephone number, email address and whether you do not wish to have future communication from Mitsubishi Pencil Company by email or post to ‘Style, Live & Entertain!’, Mitsubishi Pencil Company, Berkeley Business Park, Wainwright Road, Worcester WR4 9ZL.
Claims can be made from January 1st 2009 to December 31st 2009. Closing date for receipt of entries to free draw: 31/12/2009.
The winner’s name and county will be available for a period of 6 weeks after the closing date. Please write to the draw address for details.
